How do I scan a deposit?

Login to your RDC Interface icon located on the desktop.

Prompt to enter your provided login credentials will appear.

Once logged in, use the drop down box at the bottom of the screen labeled [Select store].

Optional fields of ‘Number of checks for Deposit’ and ‘Dollar amount of Deposit’.

Once store has been selected, select the ‘Start Scanning’ Button on the bottom right of your screen.


This will take you to the ‘Deposit: Scan’ Screen in which you can now begin to feed checks into the scanner.


Once all Checks are scanned into the deposit, review and select the ‘Submit Deposit’ button.


‘Deposit Completed’ Screen will appear with the assigned Trace Number for the submitted Deposit.

Select ‘Finish’.

This completes your deposit.
