Enabling Credit Card Processing

Note: You must have an existing merchant account with a supported credit card processor to be able to utilize this feature.

If you would like to allow your Customers to have the option to pay by credit card, simply follow the instructions below.

To turn on Credit Card processing:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on the Settings on the left-hand side of the screen
  3. In the section called Credit Card Settings, click the check box next to Accept Credit Card. Once checked, the settings will expand to display your options for credit card payments.
  4. Start by selecting the Payment Preference. The preference selected will display the payment option that you would like your customers to see as a default when they click their secure payment link.
  5. Under Credit Card Settings Select your Card Processor
  6. Enter required processor information

 

 

Settings:

Note: settings options may vary depending on the card processor.

 

ECommerce settings:

  • Include Amex (American Express) Cards
    Note: Merchant account must also be setup to accept Amex.
  • Include Zip Code
  • Connect Shopping Cart

 

MOTO Settings:

  • Include Amex (American Express) Cards
    Note: Merchant account must also be setup to accept Amex.
  • Include Zip Code
  • CVV2 Optional
    Note: If CVV2 is optional, additional checkbox is shown if you wish to hide the CVV2 field
  • Enable Level II Processing
    Note: Checking this will include extra fields in the virtual terminal for Level II processing



    Note: Only available with TSYS card processing

 

Retail Settings:

  • Include Amex (American Express) Cards
    Note: Merchant account must also be setup to accept Amex.
  • Include Zip Code

 

Additional Settings:

  • Card Threshold
    Note: Any requests greater than the amount input here will not provide credit card as a payment option.

         Secondary NoteA blank value means that you will allow Customers to pay via credit                 card regardless of the requested amount.
