Returned Payments

In the rare event that an item is returned, you know about it as soon as it happens. The transaction will be marked as returned and will display it with a returned status on your History tab. To get your money for the transaction, we suggest that you:

1. Contact your client to make sure they know that the item returned.

2. You may send a payment request to your client so that they can make their payment.
