To request ACH processing to be added to your online portal, please contact your account representative.
1. On the left-hand side navigate to the Settings tab to bring up Payment Types, and select ACH.
2. From the tabs you can view and request ACH services
- Status: View your current ACH status and Bank Information on File
- Limits: View your item, daily, hard, within and under ACH Limits, you may send a request for higher limits or faster funding from this tab
- Send ACH: If enabled, you will be able to send ACH payments
- Send ACH Limits: Allows you to set a limit on the dollar amount that can be sent by a user and send those requests for approval
Note: Once requested it may take a day or two for the service to be approved.
