The Scheduled page allows you to view scheduled payment details for your merchant account. The table can show payments scheduled for the next day or the next occurrence of recurring payments.
To view your Scheduled payments, follow the steps below:
1. Log into the payment gateway with your account login.
2. On the left-hand side navigate to the Reporting section. Then click Scheduled.
3. In the dropdown, you are able to select up to the next 12 months.
4. When the desired month is selected, click Apply Filters to view the scheduled payments for that specific month.
5. Selecting the ACH tab will list scheduled ACH payments based on the selected filter.
6. Selecting the CARD tab will list scheduled Credit Card payments based on the selected filter.
Note: ACH and Credit Card options will only show if they are active on the account.
6. You may search for specific details regarding a scheduled payment from the Search bar.
7. Export your data if needed using the Export button on the right side of the screen.
