Give access to your users to make deposits to one or all of your stores. Notifications could be turned on for each user to receive emails for deposits and returned checks. Include company name, and projected volumes. A support member will help you get set up and provide any additional information you may need.
To view your current RDC Settings, please follow the steps below:
1. On the left-hand side navigate to the Settings tab to bring up Payment Types, and select Remote Deposit.
2. You will see some cards where you can view permissions, set/request limits, and a guide for installation
- Scanner Permissions: Give access to selected users to make deposits. Permissions are based on store level.
- Deposit Limits: Limits are applied to your account as a whole for Remote Deposit upon registration. Higher limits may be requested by clicking the button below.
For limit increases, please provide details on the limits you are requesting, along with reason for the increase. If you would like to update your funding schedule, please provide details on when you would like to receive your funding (funding is per business day).
It may take between 48-72 business hours to make a decision on your request and may require further documents be provided. Please note that approved requests may also incur an increase in your service fees.
