Installing Scanner Drivers and RDC Interface
Step 1 - Install Scanner
Make sure the scanner is not plugged into the computer at this time. Click the button below to download a zip file containing the scanner drivers.

Step 2 - Install RDC Software
Click the button below to launch the scanning software.

If the application setup does not open automatically look in your downloads and run setup.exe.

Adding an RDC Store
To add a new RDC store to your account please follow the directions listed below:
- Log into your Linked2pay account and navigate to the left-hand side of your screen labeled Remote Deposit, then select My Stores
- On the top right of the page, you will find a blue button labeled Add Store, upon clicking this button a new window will open titled Add New Store
The window will display something like this:
Note1: The fields displayed will depend on your underwriting type.
Once Submitted, A welcome email will be sent out to the applicable owner(s).
You will also be able to view the new store in your My Stores list. The status of the store will remain as Requested until it has been approved.
Note2: Select the magnifying glass next to any existing store to view details and edit.

Bank Recon Report
Bank Reconciliation report allows you to pull a breakdown of the deposits and credits that fund to a specific account on file.
Exporting Bank Recon Report
To export Bank Recon Report, follow the instructions below.
- Find Remote Deposit.
- Select Tools.
- Select Bank Recon Report.
- Enter the start and end date.
- Select Account you will be reconciling.
- Select Apply Filter.
- Once information appears, select Export on the top right of report to export the Bank Recon Report.
Viewing/Exporting Deposit Details within Bank Recon
To view and/or Export the Deposit details for a specific Deposit funded, follow the instructions below.
- Select RDC.
- Select Tools.
- Select Bank Recon.
- Enter the start and end date.
- Select Account you will be reconciling.
- Select Search.
- Select the blue magnify glass next to deposit labeled "Type" as RDC Deposit.
- The screen below will appear with the check details of the deposit that was funded on the selected date, with an option to export details into a .CSV file on the bottom right of the pop-up screen.
Viewing RCK Payout within Bank Recon
To view which RCK Returns that were paid out for Auto-Recovery, follow the instructions below.
- Select RDC.
- Select Tools.
- Select Bank Recon.
- Enter the start and end date.
- Select Account you will be reconciling.
- Select Search.
- Select the blue magnify glass next to deposit labeled "Type" as Return.
- Details below will appear with the amounts funded for the RCK Payout and the total funded.
- Selecting the Magnify Glass next to each payout will bring up a third screen with the Return check details below for the specific return that was paid out.

Scanner Permissions
Once logged into your user portal navigate to the Settings Tab on the left side bar. Under Settings you will see Payment Types and under Payment Types you will see Remote Deposit. You should now see the following on the screen:
Under Scanner Permissions will be a list of your current user's. To edit a users access to deposit to stores, if they receive return notifications, and if they receive deposit emails.
Adding New Users
To add more users to this list go to Settings/ User Access. On the top right you will see an Add User option.

Check Verification: Verifying a Customer's Bank Account
If you wish to verify your customers' bank account, follow the instructions below:
1. Navigate to your RDC -> Tools -> Check Verification
2. Enter bank route and account
3. Select the Verify Check button for the account you wish to verify

Requesting Higher RDC Limits
Once logged into your user portal navigate to the Settings Tab on the left side bar. Under Settings you will see Payment Types and under Payment Types you will see Remote Deposit. You should now see the following on the screen:
To request higher limits simply click the blue Request Higher Limits/ Faster Funding Option and fill out the following:

Scanning a Batch of Checks
Login to your RDC Interface, the blue icon will be located on the desktop.
Once logged in, use the drop down box at the bottom of the screen labeled [Select store].
Optional fields of Number of checks for Deposit and Dollar amount of Deposit.
Once store has been selected, select the Start Scanning Button on the bottom right of your screen.
This will take you to the Deposit: Scan screen in which you can now begin to feed checks into the scanner.
Once all checks are scanned into the deposit, review and select the Submit Deposit button.
Deposit Completed screen will appear with the assigned Trace Number for the submitted deposit.
Select Finish.
This completes your deposit.

Deposit Reports Tab
Deposit Reports Tab is located in your RDC Interface.
This tab provides a list of your deposits and is sorted by batch, each batch is identified by the system provided trace number assigned as you are scanning your checks for deposit.
Clicking on a deposit trace number link will open a batch and provide further detail on the selected deposit. The Deposit Details provide a breakdown of your deposit and exception totals. The Effective Date indicates the date the item will be funded.
